1. Services
We provide professional carpet and upholstery cleaning in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We do our best to clean all surfaces, remove stains, and refresh your furniture.

2. Expectations & Stains

  • We handle most common household stains — wine, coffee, food, grease, ink, chewing gum, paint, rust, mold, blood, and similar.

  • Old or set-in stains can often be greatly reduced or removed, but we cannot guarantee 100% removal.

  • We strive to restore fabrics as much as possible. Approximately 95% of stains we treat are successfully removed.

  • Tough or deeply embedded stains, or stains previously treated incorrectly, may not come out completely.

3. Payment & Fairness

  • You will always pay for the base cleaning service performed.

  • If a stain cannot be fully removed despite our best efforts, we will not charge extra for stain removal.

  • In some cases, we may offer a fair discount if the result is not satisfactory.

  • This ensures clients are charged only for the work actually completed, and we maintain fairness for both parties.

4. Booking & Cancellation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur fees.

5. Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, stains, or items not disclosed prior to service.

  • Our team takes care to prevent accidental damage, but we are not liable for damages caused by client negligence.
