We handle most common household stains — wine, coffee, food, grease, ink, chewing gum, paint, rust, and even tricky ones like mold or blood.
Old or set‑in stains (including sweat or urine) can often be greatly reduced or completely removed. If a fabric can be restored, we’ll do everything possible to bring it back to life.

Tough exceptions are usually old, deeply embedded ones that have bonded to the fabric fibres, or stains previously treated with the wrong methods that actually set them in place.

We encourage realistic expectations when it comes to stain and odor removal. While we successfully remove approximately 95% of stains, we do not perform miracles and cannot guarantee 100% removal of all stains or odors.

That said, we stand behind our work. If we agree to provide an additional service for the removal of a specific tough stain or odor and the result is unsuccessful or only partially successful, we will not charge for that specific stain/odor treatment, or we may offer a fair and reasonable discount for that service.

Drying time depends on several factors — fabric type, how soiled the item was, room temperature, and airflow. On average, furniture dries within 3 to 8 hours, and in most cases, it’s completely dry within a 24-hours.
If ventilation is limited or you need to use the furniture sooner, our technician can speed up the process with professional drying equipment, or you can simply direct a household fan toward the surface to help it dry faster.
